QBA (Qualified Behavior Analyst)

The QBA credential is designed for professionals holding a master's degree in fields such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work. QBAs are expert interventionists with in-depth expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and specialized training in working with individuals on the autism spectrum. They lead program development, conduct assessments, analyze data, and oversee all behavior program operations. Furthermore, QBAs manage direct-care staff, including behavior technicians (ABAT), mid-level supervisors (QASP-S), and collaborate with care providers to ensure comprehensive support.
